Please note, all ceramic furniture is carefully handmade, making each piece unique. Inconsistency in texture, shape, and color may occur due to the use of natural materials and the firing process. We consider these natural variations a beautiful part of the items.

We can’t promise the exact dimensions of a piece. With clay, everything is approximate, as it is naturally unpredictable. We will do our best to meet size requirements. When the clay is raw and moist, we can control the dimensions, but it is during the drying and firing process that the clay shrinks. We cannot control this step.

Unglazed parts of pieces will be more susceptible to stains, so please be careful with them. Dust your pieces with a dry cloth. Our pieces are not treated, but you can easily apply a transparent protective layer coating that is used for ceramics and/or terracotta tile in order to protect your pieces. If using this method, it is important to ensure that your protective layer coating is transparent and will not change the color of the product. 

Our furniture is safe to put outside, and we recommend, in colder climates, bringing pieces indoors during the winter.

All ceramic lighting parts are wired to CE standards. The lamps are not intended for outdoor use nor should they be exposed to water. Our lamps and wall lights are wired with an E14 6W or E27 6W socket (or E12 6W socket for the United States/Canada).

Most pieces are made to order and will ship out around 10 – 12 weeks after order confirmation and payment. Please allow a few extra days for our extensive packaging process and shipping time. This timing can also depend on the order book and the number of pieces you have ordered. Pieces in stock will ship within a few days of order confirmation.

Please send us an email if you have any requests for custom-made pieces (for professionals or individuals), or if you are interested in a piece that is currently out of stock.

If you are local to Barcelona and would like to do a local pick-up from our studio, the studio address is : Carrer de Quevedo, 12 08012, Barcelona 

We can coordinate a day and time that works for both of us.

Shipping and shipping fees:

Wholesale resellers, architects, interior designers and other professionals:

– can organize their own transport in order to select the one that works best for them. When the pieces come out of the kiln, we pack them up in the studio and provide you with dimensions and weight of the parcel(s). We don’t handle the shipping nor cover the costs. We are not liable for the additional fees that may occur during shipping and at customs;

– or we can provide you with a quote for the shipping fees from our transporter. The parcel(s) will be sent through our transporter. Shipping fees will be at the cost of the client. We are not liable for the additional fees that may occur during shipping and at customs.

For private individual, we prepare the package(s) and will organize shipping. Shipping costs and customs fees will be at the charge of the client.

Tracking your order:

We are not responsible for tracking packages once they are in the care of the delivery service. Once sent, we will share the tracking information with you for your order. At that point, it is up to the client to track the package(s) regularly and respond to inquiries or requests for additional documentation from the delivery company. These requests typically appear on the tracking information page without direct alerts, emails, or calls, so please check the tracking frequently. The client should be in contact with the company regarding any problems with customs or delivery. If the client should need to contact us for additional information for customs or delivery, please send us a concise email within a maximum of 48 hours of hearing from the delivery company. If you do not contact us within 48 hours, we may not be able to retrieve the package or use the package insurance, and we will be unable to reimburse the order or the price of shipping, and the package will be lost.

Damages during transport

In the unlikely event of damage during shipment, please take pictures of the damaged piece(s) and packaging (inside/outside) and send them to us within 24 hours of receiving it. Keep the packaging to document the damage claim when filing a complaint with the carrier.

Otherwise, all sales are final.
