• Description

  The refined, soft shape of the MOOR table lamp gives the object a presence that is functional, sculptural, and timeless, both when switched on and off.

  As a bedside lamp, desk, or accent lamp, in a niche, a bookcase, or on a mantelpiece, it is a striking addition to your interior.

  The white glass sphere, proportional to the size of the base, subtly protrudes, diffusing a soft, dim light.

  The natural roughness of the off-white stoneware gives each lamp its own unique character, a quasi-architectural status in space, like ancient columns.

• Collection

  The MOOR collection includes tables, lighting (table lamps, wall lamps, floor lamps, ceiling lamps), planter, shelves and vases.

  The column-shaped base stands out from the floor, giving lightness to these pieces made of grogged stoneware.

  Lisa Allegra was inspired by the shape of a mooring post used to tie her childhood boat. It is also a nod to Henry MOORE, a sculptor of large shapes that often hang in balance in space.

• Fabrication

  All our furniture and ceramic objects are handcrafted with care, which makes each piece unique. Nuances in texture, shape and color may occur due to the use of natural materials and the firing process. We consider these natural variations as a beautiful feature of each piece.

  The firing at 1260 degrees Celsius reveals the variations of the natural clay and reinforces the singular and unique aspect of each piece.

  The ceramic parts can be gently cleaned with a soft, dry cloth or a damp sponge.
